No Grazing Challenge
Challenge Objective
*Your challenge to focus on is NOT GRAZING in between meals or scheduled snacks.
I want you to think of having "mini fasts" in between meals. Where you are not eating at all unless it's a planned meal or snack spaced out several hours.
Basically when you eat, you eat. When you don't, you don't. You gotta give your digestion a break. It's has to deal with your prior meal first and have rest and even allow time to repair.
*So to keep us engaged and accountable inside the FB Group, here is what I want you to do.....
During this "No Grazing Challenge" I want you to post in the FB group if you've discovered a trigger that causes you to graze or nit-pick at food. It might possibly be several triggers. (I mention the two main types of triggers in the video above)
