Water Challenge
Challenge Objective
* Drink half your body weight in ounces of water.
Example: If you weigh 150 lbs then you would drink 75 ounces of water each day.
If drinking plain water seems boring, then try some fruit-infused recipes! Two of them are very detoxifying and aid in digestion! I have added all the recipes below.

Fruit-Infused Water Recipes
Lemon Ginger Water Recipe

Makes: 1 Gallon
Ingredients:
- The juice of 2 lemons
- 4 small chunks of ginger, remove the skin
- A few dashes of stevia powder or drops of liquid stevia
- 1 Gallon of water
1. Pour about 16 ounces of the gallon water into a blender. Add the lemon juice, ginger, and stevia. Blend until it's a smooth liquid.
2. If you still see ginger pieces, poor the liquid over a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher or large jug. Add the remaining gallon of water to the container. Enjoy!
